Join the Operations team as an intern supporting the operations of our Fabrication Manufacturing facility.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a related degree program such as Business, Mathematics/Statistics, or Computer Science
  • At least 18 years of age prior to the start of the internship assignment
  • All candidates must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills to handle difficult and sensitive matters
  • Strong project management skills
  • Exposure to difficult or complex projects a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assist operational supervisors within the facility to achieve increased output
  • Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new hires
  • Assist in implementation of operating methods and procedures designed to eliminate operating problems and improve product quality and revenue
  • Assist in organizing, monitoring, and prioritizing tasks to meet production goals
