As a Core Test Development Engineer in the Test Solutions Engineering department, you will be responsible for the development, debug and maintenance of test programs that help deliver Micron's world-class DRAM portfolio to market. A 'Core' test development engineer is specifically focused on the health and quality of the memory cells [DRAM features 16 billion cells in less than 80mm^2 of area].
