Temenos is looking for a motivated student intern to join their Product Strategy team within a leading core banking technology company. This role offers hands-on exposure to how product strategy is defined, supported by market research, data analysis, and collaboration with product and business teams. It is ideal for students interested in fintech, banking technology, and strategic decision-making.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled as a university student (Business, Economics, Finance, Technology, Engineering, or related field).
  • Interest in product strategy, fintech, banking, or technology-driven products.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with data and basic quantitative information.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Product Strategy team with research, analysis, and documentation related to core banking products.
  • Assist in gathering and analyzing market, customer, and competitor insights to support product positioning and roadmap discussions.
  • Help prepare strategy presentations, summaries, and reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Collect and organize data related to product performance, trends, and industry benchmarks.
  • Support coordination of strategy meetings, workshops, and reviews.
  • Conduct information research on banking technology trends, digital banking, and financial services innovation.
  • Maintain structured documentation and organize shared materials and communications.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management, PMO, and other teams to support strategic initiatives.
  • Communicate findings clearly and concisely to team members.
