Intern, Product Quality Controls & Performance Systems

BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc.
34d$24 - $27Hybrid

About The Position

The BioMarin Summer Internship Program will enable students to gain valuable experience and knowledge of the processes and systems within BioMarin, while gaining an insight into the pharmaceutical/biotech industry. Over the course of 10 - 12 weeks our interns gain industry experience while working alongside our talented team on meaningful projects. The intern will work with the Stability group within Product Quality Controls & Performance Systems. The stability group is responsible for designing studies and analyzing data to support the storage and shipping conditions for all BioMarin products. An important component of this responsibility is to define allowable temperature excursions which may occur during storage and/or shipment of products. Both the minimum/maximum temperature ranges and the maximum duration must be defined by the stability group. The Stability Data Intern will play a key role in supporting BioMarin’s global supply chain operations by compiling and organizing available stability data for all BioMarin products (clinical and commercial). This data will be consolidated into a central summary document that enables quick reference for allowable temperature excursions during shipping. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of data, helping maintain compliance throughout the distribution process.
