Position Overview The Product Marketing Support Intern will assist with project tracking, process documentation, and research to support strategic initiatives. This role is designed to free senior leaders from detailed operational work by providing reliable, structured support. The intern will work primarily with Dan Scheidtmann, Sr. Mgr. Deposit Strategy & Product Marketing with additional tasks supporting Brand Experience & Client Insights. Experience and Knowledge Development The intern will gain hands‑on project coordination and documentation experience, along with exposure to competitive research and strategic analysis. They will develop insight into cross‑functional operations within a financial institution and gain experience drafting internal and marketing‑adjacent content. Requirements

  • Strong written communication and documentation skills
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow‑through
  • Ability to conduct research and clearly synthesize findings
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Nice To Haves

  • Interest or experience in marketing writing, product marketing, or communications (preferred)
  • Familiarity with project management concepts or tools (preferred)
  • Curiosity about product marketing within financial services (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Maintain project trackers, timelines, milestones, and weekly status updates.
  • Document processes, workflows, and procedures in clear, repeatable formats.
  • Conduct competitive and industry research to support strategic decision‑making.
  • Summarize findings into concise briefs for leadership review.
  • Provide light marketing‑style writing support (e.g., product summaries, competitive comparisons, and internal content drafts).
