Intern - Product Management

About The Position

The Intern will conduct discovery and user research across Cosm's creative content teams, including video editors, show creators, and Unreal developers, to understand how content is created, versioned, and distributed across our venues. Working cross-functionally, they will identify workflow gaps and pain points, evaluate existing tools and processes, and translate findings into concrete product proposals that inform our roadmap for deeper content integration into products.

Requirements

• Junior or Senior at the start of the program.
• Available to work in a Cosm Office (hybrid).
• Available to work 20 hours per week during the defined Intern period.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Interest in immersive technology and content.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and discovery across creative content teams to map current workflows, tools, and pain points
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency in content creation, versioning, and distribution workflows
• Propose product solutions and feature recommendations, including lightweight prototypes or wireframes where appropriate
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and content creators to validate proposed solutions and assess feasibility
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at the end of the internship
• Gain hands-on experience with projects that contribute directly to company goals & building your resume.
• Gain valuable access to Cosm leadership, including our CEO.
