We are Responsive We have Integrity We are Dynamic We exhibit Excellence PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Support the development of structured evaluation criteria and assessment frameworks for U.S. Government evaluation of a new vehicle’s total system with TiC unit. Assist in defining program structure, documentation, and evaluation processes aligned with engineering and production requirements. Collaborate with engineering, production, quality, and program management teams to gather inputs and ensure alignment across disciplines. Analyze feedback from the TiC unit and other stakeholders to refine evaluation criteria and improve usability and effectiveness. Assist with tracking program milestones, deliverables, risks, and action items related to production and evaluation activities. Support preparation of technical documentation, evaluation matrices, schedules, and briefing materials. Participate in production-focused reviews, meetings, and cross-functional discussions. Assist with data analysis, reporting, and visualization related to system performance and evaluation results. Maintain organized program documentation and ensure version control and traceability. Learning & Development Opportunities Gain hands-on experience at the intersection of engineering, production, and program management within a U.S. Government–regulated environment. Develop practical experience supporting system-level vehicle evaluations and structured assessment methodologies. Increase understanding of production processes, system integration, and government evaluation standards.
