As a Product Engineer Intern, you will be fully integrated into day-to-day operations focused on the design and testing of the next generation of Internet-connected cameras and connected home products. You'll be working with our entire team of experienced engineers to ensure that we are delivering the best possible product to our customers.

Requirements

• Seeking a degree (or in-process) in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering, or a similar field of study, or experience in one or more of the following:
• Familiar with embedded systems, connected internet products, and/or iOS and Android apps
• Familiar with networking protocols and embedded Linux environments
• Familiar with basic hardware test equipment and hardware design and troubleshooting
• Basic IT support, networking, or software development experience is helpful
• The knowledge, skills, and abilities typically acquired through the completion of higher level college education (Bachelor’s in progress), or equivalent experience, in the above areas.

Responsibilities

• Work within the project management group to understand product requirements, develop and execute test plans, and report on test results
• Track, assemble, test, and help with product development and other internal product design and test efforts
• Setup, debug, test, and ship prototypes for the entire engineering team
