Requirements
- A Junior or Senior majoring in Food Science, Microbiology, Quality Assurance or Biochemistry
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of microbiology and food safety
- Ability to work with data and follow testing procedures
Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze microbial samples from production lines
- Track trends and recommend ways to reduce contamination risks
- Photograph raw materials and create color standards for consistency
