Requirements

  • A Junior or Senior majoring in Food Science, Microbiology, Quality Assurance or Biochemistry
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic knowledge of microbiology and food safety
  • Ability to work with data and follow testing procedures

Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze microbial samples from production lines
  • Track trends and recommend ways to reduce contamination risks
  • Photograph raw materials and create color standards for consistency
