Requirements

• Enrolled at a 4-year accredited college or university, rising senior level education status at the start of the internship.
• Graduating between August 2026 and May 2028.
• Preferred fields include Business and Information Technology.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Align with the Enterprise Operations organization and support the Custom Solutions Team (CST) and Off-Net Quoting Team.
• Assign daily tasks to the entire team.
• Update NNI Interconnect Reports.
• Work on Custom and Diversity Quotes.
• Collaborate with Sales Team and Sales Engineers to support end customer quote requests.
• Prepare network NNI Reports.
• Complete Off-Net quotes with internal stakeholders.
• Create complex network designs from limited raw data.
• Encourage open communication and foster a positive work environment.

Benefits

• Hourly based pay range: Min: $26/hour, Max: $38/hour.
