About The Position

Flint Group is looking for a creative, motivated, and enthusiastic summer intern to join our Photo and Video Team! As a Flintern, you'll gain hands-on experience in agency life, work on real client projects, including owning a campaign for a local non-profit, and get paid while doing what you love. Join in on the #FlintFun events like summer grill-outs!

Requirements

• A college junior or senior (Fall 2025) studying marketing, advertising, or a related field.
• Passionate about photography and video with ability to think through execution.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and ready to learn.
• A great communicator with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist with photo and video shoots.
• Complete editing on photos, video and podcasts.
• Help video team with project management and asset organization.
• Own a non-profit project from start to finish with your fellow Flinterns.
