We are seeking a Foreign Pharmacy Graduate to join our inpatient pharmacy team. This structured role is designed to support professional development toward U.S. pharmacist licensure, with a clear progression from technician responsibilities to clinical exposure. The pace of advancement is flexible and based on individual performance, engagement, and readiness. Key Responsibilities: The role is designed around progressive skill development in 400-hour increments: · Phase 1: Dispatch & Carousel (400 hours) Gain experience with medication distribution and carousel operations. · Phase 2: Narcotic Handling (400 hours) Learn narcotic inventory control, documentation, and secure handling procedures. · Phase 3: TCT (Tech-Check-Tech) (400 hours) Engage in technician-verification processes under pharmacist oversight where permitted. · Phase 4: Pharmacist Shadowing and Medication Histories (400 hours total) Shadow pharmacists (200 hours) across various clinical services to gain insight into workflow, decision-making, and interprofessional collaboration. Conduct medication history interviews (200 hours), both in person and remotely via Caregility, under preceptor guidance.
