Fills physician orders for medications for oral, rectal, topical, inhalation and injectable use; mixes IV admixture solutions as required using aseptic technique in the Laminar Air Flow hood; prepares labels, prepares and files charge slips and performs other related duties under the direct supervision of a Registered Pharmacy in accordance with the Ohio State Board of Pharmacy. Regulatory Requirements Have completed enough school to obtain the appropriate internship license or be in the process of obtaining. Maintain valid internship license with the Ohio State Board of Pharmacy. Education in all age groups ranging from newborn to the geriatric population obtained either in school education, experience or subsequent training. Appropriate certificates or licenses required for the position. Language Skills Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing. Additional languages preferred.
