About The Position

Our Emerging Talent Programs, which includes Interns, Trainees, and Finance Rotational Associates, offer unique opportunities for students, recent graduates, and emerging talent to work alongside the teams that come together to create movies, TV shows, and other great experiences. These seasonal, paid assignments provide meaningful and productive work that builds on your experience and develops your skills further. You will be provided with challenging tasks, real-world experience, and many educational and social networking opportunities. This Fall Internship is from September through December 12th (start and end dates are flexible based on school schedules) and all candidates must be able to work 10-29 hours/week, in person in the specified office location. This position is ideal for a student enrolled in an accredited college or university interested in continuing their education through professional experience.

Requirements

  • Relevant education or experience in Digital Media/Marketing landscape.
  • Currently enrolled in school or university during the duration of the internship.
  • Passion and focus on filmed entertainment.
  • Hands-on execution experience with planning on managing paid social, search, and programmatic campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills both verbal and written.
  • Web/tech-savvy to monitor and evaluate trending topics and ideas across all performance channels (Programmatic, Social, Connected TV, YouTube, etc.).

  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work under pressure and with quick deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in executing and optimizing performance media campaigns, including campaign setup, activation, pacing, trafficking creatives, and analytics.
  • Learn and become proficient with SPE's preferred audience platforms (Facebook, DV360, Trade Desk, TikTok, etc.).
  • Work alongside SPE performance experts to ensure campaigns are set up and managed properly (paid social, search, programmatic, YouTube, CTV, etc.).
  • Assist Associates and Managers in reporting and ad hoc requests.
  • Display strong communication skills with multiple internal and external agency parties.
