Training on Project Management Tools and Platforms: Hands-on training in utilizing company programs and platforms to assist and support with project work. Project Work Real World Projects: Administrative & Operational Support: Assist with day‑to‑day administrative duties, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, preparing documents, and managing shared inboxes. Support reception area tasks such as greeting visitors, answering incoming calls, and directing inquiries appropriately. Help maintain effective telephone, email, and mail communications across teams and departments. Client Service & Communications: Provide high-quality customer service to internal and external clients, acting as a positive representative of company culture. Assist in drafting, editing, and assembling correspondence, reports, and presentations. Participate in team meetings to take notes, document action items, and support follow‑up communication. Project Coordination: Assist with project communication and documentation to ensure tasks move forward efficiently. Help track project progress, organize materials, and support timely completion of deliverables. Operational Excellence & Special Initiatives: Participate in projects that improve operational efficiency or enhance internal processes. Support leadership initiatives by assisting with research, preparation of materials, and internal communication efforts. Assist with hospitality-related tasks for meetings and events, helping ensure guests and team members have a positive experience. Mentorship and Networking Mentorship: Pair with a mentor(s) who will provide guidance, support, and feedback throughout the internship. Networking Events: Opportunities to connect and engage with professionals in the Operations field. Performance Evaluation Regular Feedback: Receive regular feedback from people leaders to help you improve and grow.
