About The Position

As a OCC Product Management Intern supporting NEST products, you will play a crucial role in assisting with various product management tasks. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in Agile methodologies and product management processes, allowing you to contribute to the success of our team while developing your skills in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Must be a current student enrolled in an accredited undergraduate degree program at a college and/or university.
  • Must be able to commit to the duration of the internship.
  • Must be able to work onsite in the Atlanta, GA office.
  • Have a competitive GPA and be in good academic standing with your university.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and be thorough and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrates that privacy is a priority when handling personal data.
  • Embraces a diverse set of people, thinking and styles.
  • Consistently makes safety and security, of self and others, the priority.
  • Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
  • Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Support Agile Ceremonies by attending key agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and demos.
  • Ensure agendas are prepared with items from the business team, notes are captured, and critical business follow-ups are tracked.
  • Help maintain and prioritize the product backlog by documenting user stories, updating task statuses, and ensuring alignment with sprint goals.
  • Collaborate with IT and POC teams to keep backlog items clear, actionable, and strategically ordered.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, share updates, and track feedback.
  • Support communication efforts to ensure transparency and alignment across teams.
