Requirements

Experience in using the Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint) package
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple assignments and meet tight deadlines
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of Leadership
Self-motivated, able to work independently or across multiple teams
Must possess a minimum of a 3.0 (out of a 4 point - scale) overall GPA

Responsibilities

Provide support for the implementation of the Operational Risk Framework. This includes performing tasks related to key Operational Risk Management programs such Issues Management, Loss data Management and Risk Assessments.
Use technical expertise to support the development of a Data Management Program.
Specifically, assist with the creation of mechanisms to capture, aggregate, analyze and report on the current risk environment.
Assist with the expansion of technology capabilities through duties including but not limited to drafting of business requirements, creation of test scripts, data uploads and user acceptance testing.
Support delivery of objectives, including embedding operational risk management across the Company and increasing awareness of Operational Risk Management programs.
Assist with other Operational Risk Management deliverables as assigned.
