About The Position
The Nursing Internship Level I provides age-specific patient centered-care. As a member of the patient care team, is expected to take directions from the RN for patient care assignments.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED. Specific course work: Proof of acceptance or current enrollment into an accredited nursing program
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- Less than one year experience
- Decision-making
- Written & verbal communication
- Demonstrates teamwork
- Demonstrates the ability to learn and apply all hospital computer technologies
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology and standard precautions, ability to read/write in English.
