Job Summary The Intern position will gain hands-on experience that may include entering nominations, tracking imbalances, reconciling volumes, special projects, and providing support to staff within an assigned area of responsibility.

Requirements

  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work within firm deadlines
  • Proficiency in Excel preferred
  • Must be able to prioritize and multitask
  • Minimum: Bachelor's degree - from accredited university - Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or Energy Commerce
  • Minimum: Other - Cumulative GPA of 3.25 or higher on a 4.0 scale

Responsibilities

  • Monitor SCADA to ensure production is on rate and track imbalances
  • Work with team to create available for sale volumes
  • Gain understanding of transportation contracts and flowing gas
  • Assist with processing gathering and interstate nominations
  • Reconcile volumes between electronic bulletin boards and ETRN
  • Help with special projects as needed
