About The Position

Arconic is currently seeking a highly motivated and energetic student to join our team as a Metallurgical Engineering Intern. This intern position is Full-Time with a minimum 10-week assignment for the upcoming summer. The selected candidate will receive a monthly salary as well as a monthly housing stipend (if eligible). Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Metallurgical Engineering, Material Sciences, or Engineering with a focus/specialization in Materials or Material Sciences.
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Shadow and assist the Metallurgical Engineering group.
• Research and complete projects as assigned.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools to prepare and present materials to managers.
• Support the engineering department on key projects and initiatives.
