Participate in the preparation of diligence and integration presentations. Support the integration team in developing and implementing integration plans. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth post-merger integration. Monitor and report on the progress of integration activities. Assist in the preparation of internal and external communications related to M&A activities.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Growth mindset with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

  • Casual, PRN & Part Time employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours are eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan only.
  • Employees who are regularly scheduled to work a 7 on/7 off schedule are eligible to receive all the foregoing benefits except PTO or FTO.
