We are seeking individuals to fill the position of Intern - Marketing for our Fredericksburg, VA location. The chosen candidate(s) must be a college student enrolled in Marketing, Communications, or another related field, and will assist with lead follow-up, tracking of branch Google reviews, review competitive media ads, assist with social media, create graphics in Canva, and additional clerical tasks.

Requirements

• Eager to learn and work with various departments within Kaeser.
• Good communication skills/phone skills required.
• Computer skills, including proficiency in Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Working with the assigned department to learn Kaeser's processes, product line, and general business practices.
• Providing suggestions to Management for improving customer service and internal processes.
• Learning internal software systems.
• Performing clerical duties such as data entry, filing, shredding, and other projects as assigned by the Manager.
• Professionally represent Kaeser at all times.
