Because of our growth, we are seeking a Part-Time Marketing Intern in the Dayton, OH area (24-32 hours per week). This intern will be able to work in a hybrid model, going into the Dayton, OH office as needed with the flexibility to work from home as well. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple facets of marketing, from event coordination to content creation. You’ll play a crucial role in helping us deliver seamless marketing campaigns, support event execution, and conduct industry research.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office is preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is preferred (e.g., email marketing, social media management).
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Creative problem-solving and research skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the strategic selection of collateral for events and trade shows.
  • Pack, ship, and track marketing materials for conferences and events.
  • Maintain inventory of marketing materials and event collateral.
  • Support the marketing team with various assignments as needed
  • Help develop and analyze internal and external email campaigns for clients, partners, and employees.
  • Conduct industry and competitor research to help inform marketing strategies.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns.
