About The Position

Dime Community Bank (Dime) is currently hiring a Marketing Intern for its 2026 Summer Internship Program (see Responsibilities and Qualifications below). Interested applicants will participate in a paid, in-office, 10-week program that will contribute to your professional and personal growth. You will be working with industry experts who will provide you with invaluable skills to help you in your career. During the internship, you will have the opportunity to interact with senior executives and other interns in daily assignments and projects, skill building workshops, networking and volunteering opportunities, and exciting team building events! The exact pay may vary based on skills, experience, training, licenses/certifications, language necessities, and location.

Requirements

  • Rising Junior or Senior currently enrolled in an accredited University/College pursuing degree(s) in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Data & Analytics, or Business
  • Must be adept at supporting social media channels. Ideally, someone who is currently doing it for their school.
  • Much have hands-on experience with digital marketing (labs, classes, etc. or a previous role) Website content (WordPress), Analytics, and Photoshop/illustrator or other platforms for digital asset creation.
  • Motivated.

  • Inquisitive.
  • Proactive contributor.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Able to work Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, in Hauppauge, NY.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting digital marketing such as website support (back-end) and social media posting.
  • Assisting with digital content production including text and graphics for long/short form.
  • Utilizing Google Suite (Analytics, AdWords, GMB, etc.) to review marketing processes.
