About The Position

We are seeking a marketing intern who can contribute fresh ideas, create content, and research industry trends in optical data communications in AI era and cutting-edge optoelectronic products such as semiconductor laser and detector chips for communications, 3D sensing, bio-medical, and industrial applications. Reporting directly to the Product Marketing Manager, the ideal candidate has a good understanding of social media and digital marketing strategies, as well as an interest in working on diversified projects

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Team-oriented but able to work independently when needed.
• Adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and time management.
• Basic knowledge of marketing principles and industry trends
• Education Level Required: Bachelor's or Master’s
• Majors: Physics or Electrical Engineering
• Open to currently enrolled students or those who have graduated within one year of the internship start date.

Nice To Haves

• Relevant coursework or extracurricular experience in [semiconductor devices] is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist management with the preparation of market analysis and reports
• Perform competitive market analysis to identify areas of opportunity
• Complete projects related to product roadmaps, content creation, and social media marketing
• Provide support for virtual and in-person events
