About The Position

AVIXA is seeking a motivated Marketing Intern to support a variety of digital marketing, content, and creative tasks for our association programs. This role is ideal for someone looking for hands-on experience in marketing and who wants exposure to real campaigns, tools, and workflows in a global association.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Adobe Acrobat, PowerPoint, Microsoft 365/Office, or other basic design and office productivity tools
Interest in digital marketing, email campaigns, and content creation
Comfort with spreadsheets or simple data organization

Responsibilities

Digital content and creative support
Helping update graphics, social media assets, and simple creative materials using templates.
Email marketing and campaign upkeep
Assisting with basic copywriting, reviewing test emails, quality checks, updating templates, and supporting ongoing drip campaigns.
Research, QA, and light analytics
Reviewing campaign performance, checking pages for accuracy, organizing findings, and assisting in basic optimization tasks.
Testimonial and outreach support
Contacting members and learners to help gather and organize testimonials for use in campaigns.
Content assembly and internal support
Assisting with presentation slides, newsletters, and general marketing team operations.
