About The Position

Looking to level up your graphic design skills in a real‑world setting? Join SECURA Insurance as a Design Intern and build a portfolio you’ll be proud of. You'll work with our Marketing team to create meaningful design work, explore video production, learn about the industry, and enjoy a supportive, creative environment along the way. This is a year-round internship that averages 15-20 hours per week during the school year – based on class schedules and business hours – and up to 40 hours per week during summer months. Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or comparable design software.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively, working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with video production and editing tools.
  • Interest in UX/UI design and user‑focused creative problem‑solving.
  • Working knowledge of digital design platforms, including content management systems.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize effective marketing campaigns.
  • Design materials used across a variety of distribution channels including websites, emails, social media, and print.
  • Assist in the production, editing, and distribution of video content.
  • Assist in developing user-centric designs and user interfaces.
  • Capture and edit images for use in publications and promotions.
