About The Position

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor's degree program in Business, Supply Chain, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Expected graduation date in Fall 2025 or Spring 2026.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or equivalent.
• Demonstrated internship, work, research, or extracurricular participation.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable with exposure to a manufacturing environment.
• Project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day functions of the business as a Manufacturing Engineer Intern.
• Identify areas for improvement in operations and implement solutions.
• Participate in various projects to enhance operational efficiency.
• Reengineer shop floor operation key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Analyze the flow of data within the forming business.
• Document processes and prepare presentations for management at the end of the internship.
• Join departmental meetings to enhance team communication.
• Connect with leadership to discuss opportunities and improvement ideas.

Benefits
