About The Position

Our 10-week full-time internship provides an immersive introduction to the Loan Syndications Group within Corporate and Specialty Finance. You will gain practical exposure to the full lifecycle of syndicated loans—from origination and underwriting support to distribution, closing, and post-closing agency/portfolio management. Interns partner with associates across Loan Syndications, Relationship Management, Credit Risk, Portfolio Management, and Loan Operations. The Intern will learn and assist with the day-to-day duties of the Loan Syndications Group, including: Origination and Market Support Underwriting and Credit Execution Support Syndication and Distribution Agency and Portfolio Management Reporting and Process Improvement Professional Development and Exposure

Requirements

Full-time undergraduate student with anticipated graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027
GPA of 3.0 or above
Strong interest in capital markets, banking, and finance.
Business, Accounting, Economics, and Finance majors preferred.
Resourceful, team-oriented, enthusiastic; entrepreneurial spirit
Demonstrated leadership and self-development (work or campus)
Ability to interface and network with associates and external partners at all levels
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Strategic and critical thinking skills; high attention to detail
Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on: Excel: formulas, formatting, charts; familiarity with pivot tables and lookups preferred PowerPoint Word: professional formatting and basic redline review
