Intern working as a member of the Loan Administration-Collateral Management Team during the Summer 2026.

Learn the basics of collateral management, inspections, valuations, and risk assessment of the collateral that support the bank's loans.
Assist with maintaining the customer inspection files, inspector scheduling, template updates, collateral valuation process, and report writing.
Assist with an actual collateral inspection at the customer's location.
Assist with performing periodic risk reviews of current customers and collateral.
Complete assigned reports/projects from management by identified deadline.
Regular and predictable attendance is an essential requirement of the position.
Responsible for the completion of all compliance training related to the position.

High School Diploma/GED required.
Pursuing bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business/marketing desired.
Potentially pursuing a career in banking.
Proficiency in MS Office software (Excel, Word) is essential.
Good organizational skills.
Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Able to prioritize workload and manage multiple competing tasks and demands.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
