About The Position

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a JD degree, preferably as a 1L candidate.
• Excellent academic credentials and communication skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills for high-level contact with clients and leaders.
• A background in biology or chemistry is preferred for candidates interested in patent law.

Responsibilities

• Assist with client and customer-focused assignments under the supervision of the law department members.
• Participate in various legal areas including Commercial, Regulatory, Corporate/Transactional, Global Safety & Environment, Employment Law, Privacy, Corporate Governance/Securities, Intellectual Property, Compliance and Ethics, and Litigation.
• Engage in networking opportunities and seminars conducted by senior management.
• Present findings and assessments to the General Counsel and senior leadership team at the end of the internship.
