FN America offers a full-time, paid summer internship program to students that will provide interns with a practical real-world, career-related experience within a professional setting. Our program offers an opportunity for students to apply the knowledge and theories learned in the classroom to the world of work. Our goal is to ensure that interns have a productive and positive learning experience. As a Legal Intern, you will assist the legal team with contract drafting and reviews; litigation matters; intellectual property prosecution, and monitoring, and enforcement. You will review government contracts and draft, edit, and prepare subcontracts, as well as review marketing and advertising materials. You will learn and apply practical legal and business contractual concepts; intellectual property enforcement basics; government and commercial contract fundamentals; and legal writing for both legal and business audiences.
