The Lab Chemist Intern will work as part of a lab team in Trevose, PA. The primary goal is to generate application data to develop guidelines for new R&D projects in cooling, boiler, or wastewater. Location: This role is based out of the Trevose, PA laboratory
Requirements
- Undergrad pursuing degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry or equivalent with 2-3 years of college chemistry lab experience
- Familiarity with basic wet chemistry and analytical techniques
- Ability to work independently in a lab environment with other team members
- Self-motivated and a team player
- Demonstrated dedication to lab safety
- Effective problem-solving skills
- An accomplished communicator, able to produce quality technical reports and documents

Responsibilities
- In consultation with a WTS Researcher, execute on a program to investigate a specific customer or technology development challenge
- Conduct experiments to generate data
- Review data with WTS Researcher and design next step experiemnts
- Document and present results of the project at the completion of the internship
