Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration (with a concentration in Accounting or Finance), Management (with a concentration in Accounting or Finance), Engineering (with a minimum of four Junior and/or Senior level courses in Accounting, Economics or Finance) or MBA from an accredited college or university.
  • Graduation Date between December 2025 and September 2026.
  • GPA of 3.2.
  • Strong Excel & Microsoft Word skills.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail, ability to manage time and workflow & focus on quality work.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in promptly and accurately execute noticing projects and prepare associated affidavits of service and exhibits and maintain related data.
  • Assist in creating, importing and maintaining nominee data and service lists.
  • Input, analyze, maintain, and monitor ballot data.
  • Assist in managing databases of information collected from applicable parties.
  • Assist in perform audits and quality assurance review of certain information.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively and professionally with counsel, advisors, creditors and their representatives, production (internal and external) and internal colleagues.

Benefits

  • Salary range for this role is $20-$30 USD/hr.
