This is a hybrid position, which includes remote work and in-office attendance. Must be located in PA, NJ, DE, MD, or VA. Must be willing to travel to the Lancaster, PA area as needed during internship assignment. Our Internship Development Program is designed to provide Interns with real-world experience in the banking and financial services industry. Under close supervision with a designated Supervisor, you will be responsible for observing the policies and procedures within a specific area/department of the Bank. Activities and internship duration vary by assignment. Strong academic performance is required. Previous work, leadership experience, and community involvement is preferred.
