About The Position

EquipmentShare is searching for a student intern to join the IT Implementation Team at our Home Office in Columbia, MO for the Spring of 2026. We offer a flexible internship that will allow you to learn our business from the ground up while working on a series of team and independent projects. Requirements

  • Must be actively working toward a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information technology or related field
  • Have a GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • A solid understanding of Information Technology principles and practices.
  • Experience in IT project management, asset management, and customer service
  • Familiarity with computer hardware and networking components
  • Experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Power Automate, Chatgpt, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Assist IT onboarding for new employees
  • Assist with audio & visual requests when needed
  • Assist with acquisition IT planning and diligence
  • Drive new market IT planning and diligence
  • Work with executive project managers to ensure IT Implementation is completed on time and within scope
  • Assist with maintaining accurate and up-to-date procedure documentation for the New Markets and Acquisition processes.
  • Assist with reviews of branch IT needs ensuring we are providing a proactive approach to resolving IT related issues
  • Ensure branches have proper training equipment
  • Develop and deploy automations to reduce administrative overhead
