About The Position

Air Industries, A PCC Company is looking for a part-time Help Desk Intern to provide technical support for our staff. The right candidate will be working towards a degree in information systems, possess strong communication skills, and have some previous experience using or supporting office technology. This role requires ability to work 20 hours per week. If you are looking for an entry level position to gain experience in IT that will serve as a launchpad for your career, this role is for you.

Requirements

• Must be working towards a degree in information systems or a related field
• Must possess strong communication skills and a disciplined approach to problem-solving.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and mobile devices is a plus

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with networking fundamentals or a related certification (A+ / Network+ / CCNA) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop support for Office 365 and various manufacturing applications, ERP software, VPN and mobile devices
• Assist with onboarding new users and deploying new hardware and software updates
• Maintain documentation pertaining to installation procedures or work instructions as applicable.
• Employee is expected to perform other duties as directed
