About The Position

Sephora Internships provide an inclusive and comprehensive experience that equips young professionals with the tools needed to align their passions with work. The 10-week internship program develops early career professionals by providing interns with hands-on learning, personal and professional networking opportunities, and the ability to work on projects that directly impact the business. The Sephora internship program is also a prerequisite for consideration for LEAP, the cross-functional rotational program that provides on-the-job training in each of three Business Units-Supply Chain, Marketing, and Merchandising, over the course of nine months. LEAP prepares successfully performing trainees for a full-time, entry-level role in one of the three Business Units. Interns are invited to apply to LEAP at the beginning of the summer internship.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with digital advertising, ad tech platforms and programmatic advertising.
• Familiarity with market research techniques.
• Ability to present findings and recommendations clearly and persuasively.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in Jira/Confluence, Adobe Analytics or similar.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sephora's product, business and technical teams to understand what has been accomplished, what the current strategy is, and the long- and short-term goals of the SMN program.
• Research and benchmark Sephora Media Networks offerings, placements and technology stack against key competitors.
• Create a summary report highlighting best practices, unique features, and gaps in SMN's offerings.
• Present recommendations for new features or enhancements based on your findings.
• Assist with day-to-day product management operations to support the execution of ongoing projects.
