About The Position

The IBO Intern will drive business process adherence, effectiveness, and overall continuous improvement for the International Business Development team’s daily operations and strategic initiative development and implementation. This role assists in the execution of the department’s request for quotation processes, due diligence processes; legal document management; data analysis, forecasting, and reporting.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• The right candidate should be pursuing a Degree in the following: International Studies, International Business, International Security, International Relations, International Commerce, Business, Political Science, Government Relations, Diplomacy, Intelligence, or other related areas of study.
• Junior or Senior status preferred.
• Professional demeanor with the ability to communicate effectively and appropriately in a business environment
• Strong understanding of the importance of confidentiality and discretion
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain organization, and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of the department’s request for foreign national visits, quotation processes, due diligence processes, legal document management, data analysis, forecasting, reporting, and other designated activities.
• Drive business adherence, effectiveness, and overall continuous improvement for the International Business Development team’s daily operations and strategic initiative development and implementation.
