The Intern in Training Accelerate Program is designed to bring students back for multiple terms after their first internship, helping them transition into full-time Early Career Roles. The program includes a 3-month internship or a 6-month co-op, with highlights such as an introduction to one organization and an overview of two others, attendance at a week-long Automation Bootcamp, and opportunities to apply for full-time Early Career positions at the end of the rotational internship.
