Requirements

• Current pursuit of a bachelor's degree or master's degree in any healthcare-related field.
• A proven track record of being a self-starter capable of taking guidance and independently working to complete a project.
• A strong passion for improving patient's lives through understanding the patient's journey.
• High learning agility, demonstrated by an ability to understand and connect seemingly disparate data into a bigger picture.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
• A passion for healthcare and research.

Responsibilities

• Support and learn about the design, development, and deployment of scientific methodologies for ensuring that the patient's experience and medical journey is included in the clinical trial development process.
• Support and learn about the analysis of our qualitative and quantitative studies through patient and caregiver interviews and surveys.
• Participate in the project support of ongoing research and studies.
• Support internal and external projects, including coordinating efforts of stakeholder assessments, interviews, and focus groups. Serving as liaison between research team and study participants.
• Assist in vendor and partner management, project development, and proposal work.
