The Hanover's Internship Program offers college students a unique opportunity to engage in meaningful projects that align with their academic knowledge and career interests. This 10-week summer internship, running from June to mid-August, is designed to provide students with hands-on experience in the field of Information Governance and eDiscovery. Interns will work closely with a talented team, including leaders, managers, and subject matter experts, to tackle critical business assignments that contribute to the company's objectives. Throughout the internship, participants will not only gain practical experience but also benefit from mentorship and support from a community of professionals. The program includes a cross-functional team-building project focused on corporate philanthropy, allowing interns to collaborate and develop teamwork skills. Weekly development workshops will be held to enhance interns' professional skills, and various engagement and social activities will foster connections among peers. The Office of General Counsel is looking for exceptional college students to join this program, which emphasizes personal and professional growth. Interns will have the chance to understand and assist with eDiscovery investigations and legal cases using the Case Tracking eDiscovery platform. They will also engage in various information governance processes, such as managing data related to terminated employees and preparing quarterly metrics reports. At the end of the internship, each intern will create and present a final presentation to management, showcasing their accomplishments and contributions during the program.
