The 2026 Summer program dates are May 18 th – July 24 th at our company facilities in Lakeland, FL. Over these 10 weeks, interns will work 40 hours a week participating in impactful departmental projects that connect classroom learning to real-world corporate experience. Position Overview The Industrial Operations IT team is responsible for the support, design and implementation of Industrial Operations systems and processes. This intern position will be responsible for analyzing multiple data sources and developing solutions to meet business needs.

Requirements

  • must be an actively enrolled student not graduating prior to the start of the Summer Internship Program in May
  • must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering and be a current junior and above (rising senior as of the program start in Summer 2026)
  • familiarity and interest in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
  • intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Platform and SQL Server (SSIS/SSRS)
  • basic knowledge of mathematics and statistical data analysis
  • basic knowledge of SharePoint
  • basic knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS/Azure)
  • basic knowledge of Agile Methodology
