About The Position

The Summer Intern Program offers a unique opportunity for students to work on impactful projects that support people living with diabetes. The 12-week program is designed to develop future leaders by providing hands-on experience, professional development, and exposure to real-world challenges in a dynamic, mission-driven environment. Interns will focus on optimizing the internal recruitment process, streamlining workflows, and enhancing the overall candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Requires a high school diploma/certificate or equivalent.
  • Must be a currently enrolled student at an accredited college or university with an expected graduation date of December 2026 or later.

Responsibilities

  • Optimize the internal recruitment process through effective use of technology.
  • Streamline workflows and eliminate redundancies.
  • Create streamlined communication pathways to foster alignment with the leadership team.
  • Support onsite hiring events.
  • Contribute to enhancing the overall candidate experience.
  • Assist with full cycle recruitment for the Operations Team.
