Requirements

  • Intern I Requires a high school diploma/certificate or equivalent.
  • Must be a currently enrolled student at an accredited college or university in a STEM discipline with an expected graduation date of December 2026 or later.
  • You demonstrate a strong interest in clinical research, medical devices, or scientific inquiry, and you are motivated to explore the role of external investigators in clinical trials to understand their influence on sponsor-supported Investigator Initiated studies.
  • You have the ability to analyze scientific literature and summarize findings for internal use.
  • You bring excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to support documentation and compliance activities.
  • Your proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) enables you to prepare reports and presentations.

Responsibilities

  • You will assist in the development of clinical study documents, including training presentations and product supply requests.
  • You will review project details, such as protocols and study reports, to provide comprehensive support for external clinical trials.
  • You will provide ongoing administrative and audit support for external research projects and trackers, ensuring accurate documentation.
  • You will collaborate with internal and external teams, supporting cross-functional interactions and effective communication.
  • You will track and coordinate supply chains and shipments for external studies and CRO partners, maintaining organization and efficiency.
