About The Position

Requirements

• Current Juniors or Seniors planning to pursue a Master's Degree or students currently enrolled in a Master's Program.
• Must be an active student for the entire length of the internship.
• At least 1 year of work experience.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.

Nice To Haves

• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for learning and willingness to ask questions.

Responsibilities

• Work on meaningful projects related to Human Resources.
• Collaborate with professionals in the field.
• Support the Talent Acquisition HR Team with organizing, hosting, and developing university program events.
• Assist with recruitment marketing needs such as content creation, social media scheduling, and market research.
• Develop targeted employer branding campaigns and track campaign results.
• Support the Talent Development HR Team with developing and implementing learning programs.
• Assist with day-to-day HR operations including benefits administration and payroll processes.
