PayBright is seeking a Spring or Summer 2026 intern to join our HR team. As we continue to grow, our HR function is expanding and becoming more structured. This internship offers hands-on experience in a company where processes are actively being built, refined, and elevated. The role will have a dual focus on core HR work - such as recruiting coordination, document management, and preparing materials - and employee experience initiatives including office operations and engagement activities. The intern will play a meaningful role in strengthening processes and helping establish a high standard of excellence within the HR department. The ideal candidate is organized, a strong communicator, and genuinely enjoys supporting and connecting with people at work.
