About The Position

Hyundai AutoEver America's HQ (Fountain Valley or Costa Mesa, depending on business unit) will be running a 12-week internship program from 06/16/2025 to 09/05/2025. Interns will be expected to work anywhere between 20 - 24 hours a week, not to exceed 30 hours a week. Job Purpose: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Admin Intern to assist with a variety of Human Resources functions. As an HR Admin Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in HR operations, including onboarding, employee engagement, HR documentation, and general administrative support. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in HR and build a solid foundation in HR administration. Seeking a Final Year graduate who is able to start working as a Fulltime Employee, immediately following the internship.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university program, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (Final year).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with the latest creativity tools used for design, collaboration, learning and productivity such as Canva, Kahoot, etc.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • A proactive and team-oriented attitude.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in an office setting or HR-related activities (preferred but not required).

Responsibilities

  • Help coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing documents and assisting with new hire orientations.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives, including events, surveys, and recognition programs.
  • Support HR in ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Assist with the preparation of HR reports and presentations.
  • Support the coordination of employee training programs and events.
  • Assist HR team with general administrative tasks, including filing, organizing, and maintaining HR-related documentation.
  • Help manage and track invoices for HR-related expenses.
  • Assist with the generation of various HR reports and help track key metrics.
  • Support the documentation of HR processes for better efficiency and clarity.
  • Assist in creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for HR processes to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Answer general HR-related inquiries from employees.

  • Pay Range - $25.00 to $28.00/hour
