The Menu Planning team oversees the development, planning, and implementation of the global complimentary onboard menu program. The Intern - Menu Planning will be responsible for a variety of exciting initiatives including but not limited to supporting the Menu Planning team in strategy, planning, and implementation of all complimentary onboard menu offerings. This role will also involve identifying opportunities for process improvement throughout all stages of menu development, planning, and implementation. Interns will participate in team workshops and menu presentations, collaborate with various United teams including Procurement, Food Safety, Catering Performance, Digital Technology, and Strategy & Onboard Experience, and communicate with external partners to gather menu information and transfer it to the internal menu library database.
