About The Position
Hennepin County District Court is pleased to offer an excellent opportunity for a candidate seeking practical, professional work experience in a government organization. The selected candidate will provide support for the Jury team. The Jury Office is dedicated to providing a high level of customer service to the citizens who make up the jury pool as well as to the judges to whom the jurors will ultimately be assigned for a case. These are highly visible positions that are responsible for professionally facilitating the experience of up to 800+ citizens summonsed for jury duty per week. This position is part of a cohort of internship positions with District Court for the summer, and will participate in professional development trainings, as well as opportunities to learn about the work of the courts and Jury team’s role in supporting the court's mission, vision, and values.
